Zombie Enhanced Edition is a standalone .asi mod that transforms GTA V into a brutal zombie apocalypse survival experience. Version 1.2 introduces smarter sprinting zombies, lootable corpses, fog toggles, INI customization, and a rebuilt inventory system—all integrated through a powerful in-game menu.

Zombie Enhanced Edition is a standalone .asi mod that transforms GTA V into a brutal zombie apocalypse survival experience. Version 1.2 introduces smarter sprinting zombies, lootable corpses, fog toggles, INI customization, and a rebuilt inventory system—all integrated through a powerful in-game menu.
Key Features:
- Smarter zombie AI – fast and relentless, with sprinting, climbing, and pathfinding
- Dynamic Fog System – toggle thick atmospheric fog for immersion
- Enhanced Sight Toggle – switch between 18 m default detection or 50 m enhanced
- Hearing Reaction – zombies detect unsilenced gunshots within 150 m
- Survival Mechanics – hunger and thirst bars drain over time; depletion causes health loss
- Loot & Inventory – loot corpses within 1.5 m using E; collect and use items like food, water, and first aid; open inventory with I
- Spawn Controls – toggle pedestrians and vehicles fully (No Peds now fully functional)
- In-Game Menu – press F7 to open; navigate with Numpad 8/2, select with Numpad 5, close with Numpad 0. Toggles include:
- Apocalypse Mode (enable/disable outbreak)
- No Peds
- No Vehicles
- Some Vehicles Left
- Runners (still in development)
- Blackout
- Enhanced Sight
- Hearing Reaction
- Hunger
- Thirst
- Smarter Zombies
- Foggy Weather
- Direct activation of the zombie outbreak via Z – toggle the apocalypse instantly

Installation:
- Install ScriptHookV
- Place ZombieEnhancedEdition.asi into your GTA V root folder (where GTA5_Enhanced.exe resides)
- Launch GTA V Enhanced Edition and press Z to begin the outbreak
- Press F7 in-game to access the mod menu

@Herobrine7707 Sorry to hear that there's a crash again. InshaAllah we’ll look into it and try to fix it in the next update. If you can, please share when it happens or any error message—it really helps!
@Divan Ezadin I believe that it is the same as at the beginning, but I am not the one because of the GTA5 update, I can't play an enhanced because scripthook has to be updated
But what is a bit unrealistic that zombies only spawn outside of streets, e.g. on the sidewalk or on fields instead of spawning on streets
@Herobrine7707 Alhamdulillah, ScriptHookV has now been updated! You should be able to play the Enhanced Edition again. 😊
@Herobrine7707 you're right — the zombie spawns could be more realistic. InshaAllah, I’ll work on making them appear on the streets too in a future update. Thanks for the feedback!

But what would be nice if zombies would also attack other NPCs for theidists who still appear on the NO PADS
There is a problem that brings the whole game when you activate Runners and changes the character changes the game in the middle of the change animation

Regarding the issue you mentioned with the Runners option—yes, it's still under development, and I appreciate you catching that! The character change glitch during the animation is known, and I’m working on improving stability for the next update, in shaa Allah. Thanks again for your support and patience!

@Herobrine7707 Yes, inshallah, we will work on this as well, and in the future, also add an option to keep vehicle lights on during a blackout.

@Divan Ezadin there are still lots of bugs in there. Please make the menu, loot, inventory UI display like simple zombie mod. Fix the animation too..

@Divan Ezadin ok one mistake I noticed is that the message to loot doesn't appear directly near the corpse but a bit further away
